Bundle Promo — Offer Terms
These Offer Terms supplement the Away Terms of Use located at awaytravel.space/terms (the "Terms"). To the extent these "Offer Terms" conflict with the Terms, the Offer Terms control with respect to the Bundle Promo (the "Offer") described herein.
Offer Description
During the Offer Period (defined below), customers who purchase two (2) or more eligible products (each, an "Item") in a single qualifying order will receive up to 20% off the regular retail price of each eligible Item, up to a maximum discount of CAD $208.95 per Item (the "Offer"). To qualify for the Offer, at least one (1) Item in the order must be luggage, and at least one (1) other Item must be priced over $70 CAD at its regular retail price. The value of the Offer depends on the number of Items purchased. The Offer will be applied automatically prior to purchase; no promo code is required. Discounts apply on a product-by-product basis as marked on the Site (defined below) or in-store, as applicable.
Duration
The Offer Period begins at store opening local time on 11/5/26 for retail store purchases, and at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 11/5/26 for online purchases at the Site. The Offer Period ends at 11:59 PM ET on 11/15/26, or on the date on which supplies are exhausted, whichever is earlier (the "Offer Period"). Away reserves the right to end the Offer Period early or to extend it at its sole discretion. Retail store participation is subject to store hours and local availability.
Eligible Purchases
The Offer is open to any customer purchasing qualifying new orders during the Offer Period. The Offer is available online globally at "the Site" (www.awaytravel.space), subject to Away's standard delivery restrictions, and in-store at Away retail locations. Eligible Items are those marked as participating on a product-by-product basis. Items must meet the qualifying purchase criteria described in the Offer Description above. The following are excluded from the Offer and do not count toward the qualifying purchase threshold:
•All Series 3 luggage
•Away gift cards (physical or digital)
•LifetimeCare™ Pro purchases
•Shipping charges, rush processing fees, or any other non-product service fees
•Items already discounted from their regular retail price
Shipping
Orders placed online during the Offer Period may take three (3) to four (4) days longer — or more — to ship than Away's standard shipping terms provide. Away's standard delivery restrictions apply. Please visit awaytravel.space/shipping for further information.
Returns
Items purchased during the Offer Period that are not designated as Final Sale are subject to Away's standard return policy. Refunds will be issued in the amount actually paid for the Item after the Offer was applied. For online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt of their Items; please visit awaytravel.space/returns for instructions.
Offer Codes
The Offer will be applied automatically; no promo code is required. The Offer may not be combined with other promotional codes, offer codes, or discount codes. Gift cards and Referral Rewards already present in a customer's account at the time of purchase may be applied to a qualifying order. Evergreen promotions, including set discounts and the Travel Uniform program, are disabled during the Offer Period and may not be combined with the Offer.
Referral Rewards earned by a Referrer may not be combined with other Referral Rewards earned by that same Referrer on a single order. A Referrer may use a maximum of one (1) Referral Reward per order.
UK Customers — Right to Cancel
UK customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt of their Items without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please visit awaytravel.space/returns for instructions on how to initiate a return or cancellation.
General
The Offer is subject to availability and void where prohibited by law. Away reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time without notice. Away's decisions regarding eligibility and all other matters relating to the Offer are final. These Offer Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of purchase, as further described in the Terms.
These Offer Terms supplement Away's Terms of Use located at awaytravel.space/terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Use, these Offer Terms control.
Offer Description
During the Offer Period, select Everywhere Bags (each, an "Item") will be available at $53 USD off regular retail prices at the Site (www.awaytravel.space) (the "Offer"). The Offer applies on a per-Item basis, up to a maximum value of $53 USD per Item. The Offer will be applied at checkout upon entry of a valid unique offer code. The Navy Everywhere Bag is excluded from the Offer. Each unique offer code distributed via email (each, an "Offer Code") may be used one (1) time only and is non-transferable. A single Offer Code may be applied to an order containing multiple eligible Items, and the $53 USD discount will apply to each eligible Item in that order.
Duration
The "Offer Period" begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on November 5, 2026 and ends at the earlier of 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 13, 2026 or the date on which supplies are exhausted. The Offer is available online at the Site only. Orders must be placed during the Offer Period to qualify. Away reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
Eligible Purchases
The Offer is available to any customer who receives a valid Offer Code via email and places a qualifying new order on the Site during the Offer Period. The Offer is subject to Away's standard delivery restrictions. Not all products or delivery destinations may be available in all locations.
Shipping
Orders placed during the Offer Period may take three (3) to four (4) days longer - or more - to ship than Away's standard shipping terms provide. Away's standard delivery restrictions apply.
Returns
Items purchased during the Offer Period are not Final Sale and are subject to Away's standard return policy. Any refund issued for a returned Item will reflect the amount actually paid for that Item after the Offer was applied, not the regular retail price.
Offer Codes
The Offer requires entry of a valid Offer Code at checkout on the Site. Offer Codes are distributed via email, are unique to each recipient, and may be used one (1) time only. Offer Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Offer Codes may not be combined with other promotional codes, discount codes, or offer codes. Gift cards and Referral Rewards already present in a customer's Away account at the time of purchase may be used in conjunction with the Offer. Evergreen promotions, including but not limited to set discounts and the Travel Uniform program, are disabled during the Offer Period and may not be combined with the Offer. Referral Rewards earned by a Referrer may not be combined with other Referral Rewards earned by that same Referrer on a single order. A Referrer may use a maximum of one (1) Referral Reward per order.
Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the Offer: Navy Everywhere Bag. Additional exclusions may apply as marked on the Site.
General Terms
The Offer has no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or reproduced. Away reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer at any time. Void where prohibited by law. In the event of any conflict between these Offer Terms and any other communication regarding the Offer, these Offer Terms control.
These Offer Terms (the “Terms”) govern the October 2026 Winback promotional offer (the “Offer”) offered by Away Travel, Inc. (“Away,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Away’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
During the Offer Period defined below, there are two ways to activate the Offer:
(i) customers who receive an email with a unique promo code can enter their unique code at checkout and receive a 20% discount on their order of at least $98.00 of eligible Away product (pre-tax) (the “Offer”) on awaytravel.space (the “Site”), subject to availability and these Terms.
(ii) customers who receive access via Meta can enter their email address to receive a unique code and can enter that unique code at checkout and receive the Offer on the Site, subject to availability and these Terms.
The maximum retail value of the Offer Item is $149.00 USD per Offer Item; value depends on Offer Items purchased.
Eligible Products. The qualifying purchase threshold is calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of eligible Away products (the "Offer Item") in a single order or in-store transaction, after all applicable promotional discounts have been applied, including travel uniform discounts and set discounts, but before taxes and shipping.
Excluded Purchases. The Offer is not applicable to the following:
• Away gift cards (physical or digital)
• LifetimeCare™ Pro purchases
• Shipping charges, rush processing fees, or any other non-product service fees
• Items discounted from their regular retail price
Away reserves the right to add to or modify the list of excluded purchases at any time during the Offer Period.
Application. The Offer will be applied automatically at checkout upon entry of a customer’s unique promotion code for online orders, or at the point-of-sale in-store, provided the qualifying threshold has been met.
One Per Order. The Offer is limited to one (1) Offer Item per customer per qualifying order or in-store transaction. The Offer Item is available while supplies last and Away makes no guarantee of availability. The Offer Item has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at Away’s sole discretion.
Online (Site). The Offer is valid beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 10/18/26 and ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (ET) on 10/26/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item are exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Offer Period”).
Away Retail Stores (United States). The Offer is valid in Away retail stores in the United States beginning at store opening local time on 10/18/26 and ending at store closing local time on 10/26/26, or the date on which supplies of the Offer Item at that retail location are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Offer Item availability may vary by store location.
Timing of Purchase. The Offer is only valid for qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period. Orders placed or transactions initiated outside the Offer Period are not eligible.
Early Termination. Away reserves the right to end the Offer at any time prior to the scheduled end of the Offer Period at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the event supplies are exhausted.
Cannot Be Combined. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, or offer codes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Gift Cards Permitted. Away gift cards may be used as a method of payment toward the qualifying purchase and do not otherwise affect Offer eligibility.
One Per Transaction. A customer may not receive multiple Offer Items in a single transaction.
Shipping. Away’s standard delivery restrictions apply. Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3–4 days longer (or more) than Away’s standard processing and delivery timelines to ship due to increased order volume. Away is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside Away’s control. The Offer Item will be shipped together with the qualifying order where possible; in some circumstances, the Offer Item may ship separately. Shipping of the Offer Item is included at no additional charge for orders that meet the qualifying threshold.
Warranty. Away’s LifetimeCare or other limited warranty applies to the Offer Item to the same extent as it applies to Away products generally. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives Away’s warranty obligations.
General Returns Policy. Eligible Products purchased during the Offer Period are otherwise subject to Away’s standard return policy, available at awaytravel.space/returns, except as modified by these Terms.
Modification & Termination. Away reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason, including due to technical errors, fraud, or other circumstances beyond Away’s control, without prior notice. Any Offer Items issued before such termination will be honored.
Fraud & Misuse. Away reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Offer if Away reasonably believes it was obtained through fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Void Where Prohibited. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Away makes no representation that the Offer is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
Eligibility. The Offer is available to customers in the United States only. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and are incorporated into Away’s general Terms of Service.

These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.space/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Prices: During the Offer Period, purchase any suitcase combined with a bag with a listing price at or above CAD $100.00 and receive CAD $50 off your qualifying order (“Offer”). Shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 9/30/26 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 10/31/26 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.
Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site or at Away retail locations during the Offer Period. The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.
Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.
Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout.
Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account. Additional exclusions may apply.
