This accessory includes TPU, a wipeable plastic material. It's normal for TPU to cloud over time, especially when exposed to moisture or humidity. TPU is highly hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs moisture from the air, which can lead to a cloudy appearance.

For minor stains, use mild soap and water with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the TPU surface. For tougher stains, we recommend using a plastic cleaner with a soft, lint-free cloth, following the instructions listed on the cleaner.

Tips: Test any cleaning solution on a small, hidden area first. Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, acetone, or other strong solvents, as they can damage the TPU. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Regularly clean TPU surfaces to prevent dirt buildup.
