Take Care

Matte finish: A washcloth and mild soap will remove any minor scuffs, and a melamine sponge will take care of the more stubborn marks.  

Gloss finish: The best way to clean your Gloss shell is to use a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner. We don’t recommend using a magic eraser, as it could cause damage to the Gloss finish. To repair any scratches, apply a dime-sized portion of car polish to the scratched area and gently rub with a microfiber cloth until the scratches are improved or removed. Allow the bag to dry for 2-3 minutes.

Use a vacuum with a crevice tool to clean the interior lining, corners, and pockets to remove dust, crumbs, and debris.

ZIPPER CARE
Avoid overpacking as this could damage your zipper. Use a soft-bristled brush (like a toothbrush) to clear any grime or dirt from the zipper teeth. If a zipper is stiff or sticky, rub the teeth with a zipper lubricant, bar of soap, or a crayon/candle wax to help it slide smoothly.
